This invention relates to a benzoylurea derivative of the formula:
<Chemistry id="chema01" num="0001"><Image id="ia01" he="21" wi="59" file="IMGA0001.TIF" imgContent="chem" imgFormat="TIFF" inline="no" /></Chemistry>wherein X<Sup>1</Sup> and X<Sup>2</Sup> are independently hydrogen halogen, alkyl or alkoxy; and one of Y<Sup>1</Sup>,Y<Sup>2</Sup>,Y<Sup>3</Sup>,Y<Sup>4</Sup> and Y<Sup>5</Sup> is halogenoalkylsulfinyl or halogenoalkylsulfonyl, and the others are independently hydrogen, halogen or alkyl, exhibiting excellent insecticidal and ovicidal activities (particularly, molt inhibitory activity), their productions and use.
