PURPOSE:To lower a pulse voltage and to reduce the size of a receiver, and also reduce noises by making a by-pass connection of a switch for the operation of electric equipment with the series circuit of the operating element and impedance element of a continuity abnormality detecting circuit. CONSTITUTION:A relay switch 19 for control is normally open, the resistance value of a resistance 8 is sufficiently large, and an extremely small flows to terminal equipment 9, so the terminal equipment 9 does not operated. If wiring 18 to the terminal equipment 9 is broken, a light emitting diode 5 turns off, so a phototransistor (Tr) 6 turns off and a Tr1 turns on to turn on a thyristor 15, so that an abnormal conducting detecting display device 14 operates. When the terminal equiment 9 is operated, the relay 19 for control is closed to apply 24V to the terminal equipment 9, and a coil 10 operates to operate a limit switch LS. Therefore, a light emitting diode 12 operates to turn on phototransistors Tr11 and Tr12, so a terminal equipment operation detecting circuit 16 operates to report the operation of the terminal equipment 9.
