PURPOSE:To provide an easily cookable highly nutrient food, by straining thoroughly drained boiled potato still it is hot, mixing the strained potato with a proper amount of starch, filling the mixture in a tube, and heating the packed potato. CONSTITUTION:Boiled potato is thoroughly drained, strained still it is hot, and mixed uniformly with a proper amount of starch. The mixture 1 is filled into a gas-barrier tube 2 before the potato is cooled, and is heated at 90 deg.C for about 20min. The obtained food can be cooked easily, and has the taste and flavor of potato, and high nutrient value. It can be stored easily and applied to various uses. |
