PURPOSE:To reduce partially charged voltage and to improve control efficiency by inserting a potential adjusting transistor (Tr) clamped by prescribed potential at its base and making control current flow into a control current supplying course. CONSTITUTION:A voltage adjusting circuit inserts the potential adjusting Tr10 between the base of a Tr3 and the collector of a control Tr4. The base of the potential adjusting Tr10 is connected to a divided potential point of a voltage dividing circuit connected between power supply terminals 1a and 1b consisting of resistors 11a, 11b. Consequently, the base potential of the Tr10 is clamped b by the power supply terminal 1b and the partially charged voltage of the control Tr4 is reduced into a half. The partially charged voltage of the control Tr4 can be increased/reduced by properly selecting the base clamp potential (power supply voltage dividing ratio) by the resistors 11a, 11b) of the potential adjusting Tr10. |
