PURPOSE:To reduce the labor and time of input sharply and to use the image of a background picture as it is by processing the background picture as its image. CONSTITUTION:A background picture BG is read by input processing using a facsimile and converted into data 9 consisting of white/black dot strings corresponding to x, y coordinates having a reference point O. The data 8 consisting of two or more continuous black dot strings is converted into one line by processing 10 and coordinates on the x, y coordinates having the reference point O are obtained as data 10. Data 4 obtained by input processing 3 using a card reader become the basic data of a variable picture. Vector information such as points, lines, symbols and characters in formed from the data 4 by processing 12 and one picture is synthesized on the basis of the data 11 of the background picture BG and the reference point O. |
