PURPOSE:To enable two-color molding, by making the diameter of a key part of a male mold smaller than that of a conical hollow part of a female mold, in a molding device having a stationary mold and a first and second movable molds. CONSTITUTION:Primary molding is performed and frame parts 2a, 3a are formed by making a first, second and third movable molds 17, 18, 19 move up to positions wherein they touch a stationary mold and pouring resin 20, 21 into the same. The diameter (b) of a conical hollow part of a female mold 17a is made larger than the diameter (a) of a key part 16b. Then force-cutting of the resin 20, 21 is performed reliably between the stationary mold 15 and the first movable mold 17. A gap molding reel hub guide parts 14a, 14b is prepared at an opening part 5 by retreating the first movable mold 17, and secondary molding is performed by pouring transparent resin 22, 23. A two-color-molded tape cassette half is completed by reseparating the movable molds 17, 18, 19 from the stationary mold after cooling. |
