PURPOSE:To simplify the installation of a cowl grille and secure the sealing performance around the installation part by fitting and installing the U-shaped fitting part of a clip at the glass-side edge part of the cowl grille into the fitting piece part of the clip on the upper surface of a cowl top panel. CONSTITUTION:When a cowl grille 1 is installed onto a cowl top panel P, the lower bent piece part 2a of the front-glass side edge part 1a of the grille 1 is inserted sideways into the fixed part 4a having a U-figure form on the side of a clip body 4, and the engaging hole 3 of the lower bent piece part 2a and the hook 5 of the fixed part 4a are engaged, and the clip body 4 is positioned and fixed onto the lower bent piece part 2a of the grille 1, while the both-side leg parts 8b of a clip body 8 are engaged with a pair of engagement holes 7 on a panel P, and the clip body 8 is positioned and fixed onto the panel P. Then, the grille 1 is transferred in straight-line form sideways, and the insertion piece part 8a of the clip body 8 is inserted into the fitting part 4b having a U-figure shape on the side of the clip body 4, and then the both clip bodies 4 and 8 are easily integrated, and the front-side edge part 1a can be installed onto the panel P certainly and easily. |
