PURPOSE:To use a tonneau cover member as a chair which is capable of reclining at the time of separation from a car body by dividing the tonneau cover member into first and second cover members which are capable of folding in two through a hinge and by arranging a lock member which holds said cover members at a desired angle at the back side. CONSTITUTION:A seat-back is provided for use as a reclining by falling it down to the position of a first cover member 15, and when the engaging pin 33 of a lock device 30 is engaged with the uppermost gear portion 31a of a gear 31, the first cover member 15 is hung at approximately right angles to a second cover member 18, and it can divide a baggage room into back and forth. At ordinary times, as shown in a two-dotted line, in case that the engaging pin 33 is not engaged with the gear portion 31a of the gear 31, the second cover member 18 rotates upward linking to a back door through a rope attached to the back door by opening the back door, and baggage inside the baggage room can be taken in and out from outside a car. |
