PURPOSE:To reduce the capacity of a transistor (TR) for output and to obtain a small-sized, high-output buffer device by providing an output buffer for load drive which includes an interposed level shifting for the amplification and conversion of a signal voltage to the input part of the output TR. CONSTITUTION:An inverter 1 is connected to the input signal terminal of the output buffer device and a TR2 for output is connected to the output terminal 5. The circuit part 9 which amplifies and converts the input signal voltage is interposed between this inverter 1 and the base of the TR2. A source voltage terminal 3 is connected to this inverter 1, TR2, and circuit part 9. The circuit part 9 is composed of a P-MOSFET10 and an N-MOSFET11 which are connected complementarily and a resistance 12 connected between a power source terminal 14 and FET11. Then, the circuit part 9 is used as the level shifting circuit which amplifies and converts the signal voltage and the current capacity of the TR2 is reduced to obtain the small-sized, and high-output buffer device. |
