PURPOSE:To generate an output current corresponding to an input current from common-connected emitters and uses the current generating circuit with a low- voltage source by connecting the 1st and the 2nd voltage sources to bases of transistors TR connected to the 1st and the 2nd output terminals of the current generating circuit. CONSTITUTION:The 1st output terminal 11 is connected to the collector of the 1st PNP type TR10 of the current generating circuit, the collector of the 2nd NPN type TR12 is connected to the 2nd output terminal 13, and an input terminal 16 is connected to the common-connected emitters. The 1st voltage source 14 is connected between the base of the TR10 and the ground, and the 2nd voltage source 15 is connected between the bases of the TRs 10 and 12. When a current flows to the input terminal 16, an output current is generated at the 1st output terminal 11 and when a current flows from the input terminal 16, the output current is flowed to the 2nd output terminal 13 to use the circuit with the low- voltage source.
