PURPOSE:To enable to make taking in and returning operation of a card surely by providing a card inserting port and a card returning port close to each other and providing a lever mechanism having a supporting point between a card taking in passage and a card returning passage. CONSTITUTION:A card 3 inserted from the card inserting port 1 comes into contact with a card intrusion checking part 26a of a turning lever 26 and checked. When a driving device 27 operates, the lever 26 is turned counterclockwise around a supporting point B. Accordingly, the card intrusion checking part 26a goes up and releases checking of intrusion of the card, and at the same time, a card thrusting roller 25 goes down to thrust the card 3 against a roller 30. The card 3 is shifted to the right and taken in an led to a card processing passage 7. After completion of call, a card processing and carrying mechanism 23 shifts the card in the direction reverse to the direction of insertion of the card 3 and leads to the card returning passage 8 and returns from the card returning port 2. As the card inserting port and card returning port are provided close to each other, the device can be made thin, and a user can recognize the returned card easily. Thus, forgetting of the card can be prevented and services can be improved. |
