Device enabling the driver of a motor vehicle to be protected from being dazzled by the headlights of on-coming vehicles. It comprises: a spectacle frame 1 whose left rim is closed, in its upper half, by a tinted lens 2 (intensity C) and in its lower half by a white lens 3, the boundary between the 2 lenses 4 being horizontal, and whose right rim is closed in the left half (nose side) by a tinted lens 5 (intensity C) and in the right side (temple side) by a white lens 6: the boundary between the 2 lenses 7 being vertical. The invention can be used for driving any vehicle at night. <IMAGE>
