PURPOSE:To simplify an L-C ladder circuit by selecting resistance values of a series resistor and a parallel resistor for any of plural kinds of test currents and taking a test in a matched state. CONSTITUTION:The series resistor 8 is connected to an output terminal of the L- C ladder circuit A together with a load 5 to be tested, a shunt 6, and an initial gap 7, and the parallel resistor 9 is connected in parallel to the parallel circuit of the resistor 8, the load 5, and the shunt 6. Consequently, the resistor 8 matches the characteristic impedance of the circuit A with the impedance at the side of the load 5 corresponding to variation of a test current. Then, the resistor 9 matches the characteristic impedance of the circuit A with the impedance at the side of the load 5 corresponding to variation of the load 5.
