发明名称 ROTARY POSITION DETECTOR
摘要 PURPOSE:To perform rotary position detector at high usable temperature with high precision by mounting magnetic plates for an N and an S pole on both flanks of a rotating body made of a magnet and thus constituting a rotor, and mounting magnetoelectric converting elements on a stator. CONSTITUTION:The N-pole magnetic plate 12 and S-pole magnetic plate 13 are fixed at both sides of the magnet rotating body 11 of the rotor 9 to form magnetic poles 12a and 13a at an interval of 120 deg.. Magnetoelectric converting elements 16 are mounted on three fitting parts 15a on the internal surface of the laminated electromagnetic steel plate 15 of the stator 10, and three-phase signals outputted from the elements 16 are made into pulse signals by a waveform shaping circuit 18 to detect the rotary position of the roating shaft 8. Thus, the magnetic poles 12a and 13a are arranged alternately to improve their magnetization precision, and the leading edge and trailing edge of the output signal of each element 16 are made steep to improve the precision of the rotary position detection. Further, the magnetoelectric converting elements 16 are mounted on the electromagnetic steel plate 15, so the detection is carried out at high usable temperature.
