Circuit with a light guide plate on which are arranged switching circuits interconnected by a digital bus. Said circuit is characterized in that on the outer surface of the light guide plate (1) there is applied a boundary layer material (2) with a complex value refraction index, wherein there are provided light coupling windows (3) for light coupling and uncoupling, and characterized in that each switching circuit (7) comprises at least an electro-optical transducer element (4) of which the light may be entered through a coupling window (3) into the light guide plate (1), and at least one opto-electrical transducer element (5) receiving through a coupling window (3) light coming from the light guide plate, as well as a converter circuit (16, 19, 20) applying the signals which are emitted by the respective switching circuit (7) over the bus to the electro-optical transducer element or elements and applying to the switching circuit the signals addressed to the respective switching circuit and received by the opto-electrical transducer element (5).
