PURPOSE:To reduce the kind of circuits by constituting an amplifier circuit section by connecting in parallel amplifier circuits which exert electric current outputs corresponding to the base current value of each transistor by a number corresponding to the summed value of the base current values. CONSTITUTION:A control signal from a control circuit is inputted in an input circuit 1 under an isolated condition. An amplifier circuit 2 amplifies the output signal of the input circuit 1 and the circuits 1 and 2 are united in one body as a united unit 3. Amplifier circuits 2a-2n are connected in parallel with the unit 3 at need and, upon receiving the signal of the circuit 1, drive transistors 4a-4m connected in parallel together with the circuit 2. The circuits 2a-2n are amplifier circuits which exert electric current outputs corresponding to the base current of one transistor required by each transistor 4a-4m, and are connected in parallel with each other by a number corresponding to the summed value of the base current value of each transistor. Moreover, the amplifier circuits are constituted in a constant-current output type. Therefore, the kind of circuits is reduced and unbalance of output currents between the amplifier circuits can be prevented.
