PURPOSE:To test the coincident state of data by stacking data storing addresses from a main storage device to a buffer storage device in an address stacking means and extracting the addresses successively from the stack to access both storage devices. CONSTITUTION:Data read out from the main storage device (MS)14 are inputted to a comparator 19 to be compared with data from the buffer storage device (BS)17. The BS side data 181 is inputted by setting up a BSAR16 by a BS control part 12 in accordance with the order of the MS side data 151 in a block. The BS17 is accessed by an address 161 and the data read out from the BS17 are temporarily stored in a register BSDR18. The compared result 191 is stored as coincidence or dissidence, and even if one work out of 2<n> words is dissident, it is regarded that the contents of the corresponding data betweeen the BS17 and MS14 includes an error. |
