PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of chattering and the breakage of a vane by installing a control valve which permits the flow of lubricating oil at low temperature into a bypass lubricating-oil passage installed in parallel to a lubricating-oil passage and making the back pressure of the vane on low-temperature starting nearly equal to the discharge pressure in the high-pressure part. CONSTITUTION:A bimetal valve 32 as control valve 31 is installed into a bypass lubricating-oil passage 30 formed in parallel to the lubricating-oil passages 17- 19. Said bimetal valve 32 opens the bypass lubricating-oil passage 30 as shown in the figure, when the temperature of lubricating-oil is low. Therefore, when a compressor is started, the bypass lubricating-oil passage 30 is opened by the bimetal valve 32, and the lubricating-oil in the high-pressure part 16 is directly supplied into a back-pressure passage 9 through the bypass lubricating-oil passage 30. Therefore, the flow rate of the lubricating-oil increases, and the pressure in the back-pressure passage 9 is increased, and even in the case where the viscosity of lubricating-oil is large at low temperature, a vane 11 can be projected sufficiently, and the generation of chattering can be prevented. Therefore, the breakage of the vane 11 and the generation of abnormal noise can be prevented. |
