PURPOSE:To avoid interference noise between a pole core and a stator, by setting a non-magnetic wedge at the slot inlet between the stator tees and making the stator interior even and cylindrical. CONSTITUTION:A non-magnetic stator wedge 3 is formed to have a central stepped projection 3-b. After a coil 2-b is wound up into a slot 2-c, the wedge 3 is inserted to fix and insulate. As the stepped height of the stepped projection 3-b is set in same dimension as a diameter-directional width inside tee 2-a', the stator interior is made even and cylindrical. Thus, even if centrifugal wind is generated from the end of a pole core, interference noise is not generated between the pole core and the stator. |
