摘要 In the prepn. (1) water is brought to the boil and salted and sweetened to taste. (2) cereal flour is sprinkled into the water which is stirred continuously. The paste is ready when it detaches easily from the vessel walls. (3) The paste is formed into balls which are flattened into cakes. (4) the cakes are deep-frozen and stored in a freezer. (5) when required, cakes are transferred directly from the freezer to be fried in oil.
