PURPOSE:To reduce power for rotating blades of a fan by disposing a fluid coupling between a driving shaft and a casing not to transmit the turning force of the driving shaft as it is to a housing. CONSTITUTION:When both rotors 3, 11 are rotated, the capacity of a space 12 is contracted to push out a fluid in the space 12 into a discharge side concave portion 14. An inner rotor 3 and an outer rotor 11 thus work, which forces the fluid to circulate through respective portions as shown by an arrow. There fore, the rotation of a driving shaft 2 is not transmitted as it is to a housing 7, so that fan blades 21 are not rotated, or if rotated, the blades are rotated at a speed lower than the driving shaft. Accordingly, the rotating speed of the fan can be controlled to the optimum condition according to the status, and the ban blades can be rotated by a little power. |
