发明名称 FLOW INJECTION DEVICE
摘要 PURPOSE:To realize a high sensitive analysis by placing an adding mechanism on a pipe for connecting a carrier liquid feed-out mechanism, a sample and reagent adding mechanism, and a detecting mechanism, so that a contact part to a carrier liquid is different from a carrier liquid phase, as a liquid phase (a water layer and an organic phase) which is different from the sample and the reagent. CONSTITUTION:For instance, in case when a sample is solution, a reagent is an organic phase which can extract a component to be measured, and a carrier liquid is purified water, the carrier liquid is made to flow to a waste liquid tank from a pipe 16 through a separating tank 15, through flow path switching devices, 5, 7, 9, 11 and 13 by a pipe 3 and a pump 1 from a carrier liquid tank 2. Subsequently, by swithcing the switching devices 5, 7 and 13, the organic phase is made to flow from an injecting port 7a, the carrier liquid of pipes 8, 10 and 12 is replaced, and the carrier liquid is discharged from a discharge port 13a. Next, the sample is made to flow from an injecting port 9a by switching the switching devices 9, 10, te organic phase is discharged from a discharge port 11a and the inside of the pipe 10 attains to a water phase of the sample. Thereafter, the pipes 8, 10 and 12 are fed to the separating tank 15 from a mixing pipe 15 by the carrier liquid by switching simultaneously the switching devices 5, 7 and 13. In such a way, the sample is placed between the organic phases, and extracted without being diluted by the carrier liquid. Accordingly, a component to be measured can be analyzed with high sensitivity by a detector 18.
