PURPOSE:To produce granular enzyme having sharp particle size distribution and high strength, by granulating the enzyme powder while adding a solution of an easily-soluble inorganic salt and/or of a non-blocking polymer at a specific concentration. CONSTITUTION:An easily soluble inorganic salt (e.g. NaCl) and/or a water-soluble polymer (e.g. polyethylene glycol) are dissolved in water at a concentration of from 5wt% to saturation, and the solution is added with <=10wt% carboxymethylcellulose, polyvinyl alcohol, etc. to obtain a binder solution. A powdery enzyme optionally containing 30-90wt% diluent such as NaCl, Na2SO4, etc. is charged into a granulator, the binder solution is poured into the granulator spending 1-15min, and the enzyme is granulated by stirring for 2-10min, and dried to obtain granular enzyme having a diameter of 0.3-1.5mm..
