PURPOSE:To manufacture a coil which has good insulating property by starting compressing of the coil upon lapse of the prescribed time from when the electrostatic capacity value between coil wire and a hot pressure member becomes a peak value at the heating time. CONSTITUTION:A hydraulic system 4 is operated by a control system 8, and hot pressure members 2b, 2c are contacted with a coil 1 placed on a hot pressure member 2a. Then, a heater system 5 is operated to heat the members 2a-2c. The electrostatic capacity value measured by an electrostatic capacity meter 6 gradually increases. The system 4 is operated by a command from the system 8 upon lapse of the prescribed time from when the value becomes peak, the members 2b, 2c are clamped at the intermediate at the coil 1, and then firmly clamped and shaped. |
