PURPOSE:To make the space compact and to reduce production costs by providing a construction of electrodes which are not moved during energization and thereby eliminating moving device for moving the electrodes during energization. CONSTITUTION:An opening of a flow port 40 is in contact with a spacer ring 20 to be machined which is also in contact with another flow port 32, and electrodes 44, 34 are opposed to each other with a certain space apart from the corresponding opening ends of a through hole 18. The ring 20 is made positive and the electrodes 33, 34 are made negative, and electrolyte is supplied from an inlet 42 to an outlet 33. Thus, burr at each opening end of the through hole 18 is dessolved through electrolytic grinding. The electrode, which is immobile, has a simple construction and effective to reduce production costs. |
