PURPOSE:To enhance the possibility of trapping a thread in the case of that the leading end of the thread is trapped to wind a thread onto a bobbin, by moving, by plural strokes, a guide means for guiding the thread which is made in contact with the bobbin and runs in the direction tangential to the bobbin. CONSTITUTION:When an empty bobbin 5 is moved upward, the bobbin is made into contact with a friction roller 7. Then, the front end of a thread release guide 17 releases the thread 6 from a traverse guide 13. Simultaneously, the front end of a bunch guide 18 rotates toward a casing 16, and six threads 6 are simultaneously trapped in six grooves formed in the front section of the bunch guide 18. Then the bunch guide 18 is moved leftward so that the threads 6 come to the end part of a package 8 to wind the end part of the package 8 in a bunch winding form. When the bunch guide 18 moves by a plurality of strokes, the six threads 6 are trapped in the thread trapping section of the bobbin 6. |
