PURPOSE:To prevent the surface of a photosensitive body from being attached and damaged in a developer for an electrostatic charge image made of toner paticles contg. a resin, and a magnetic powder by incorporating a fluororesin powder in the inside of each toner particle and/or attaching the powder on its surface. CONSTITUTION:An intended developer for an electrostatic charge image is obtained by kneading a resin, as ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, a magnetic powder, such as ferrite or magnetite, and when needed, a colorant, such as nigrosine dye, and pulverizing them to prepare toner particles, and mixing them with a powder of a flulroresin, preferably such as ethylenetetrafluoroethylene copolymer or polyvinyl fluoride, to bond said powder to the surface of the toner particles. The fluororesin powder may be incorporated into the inside of the toner particles. |
