ELECTRON GUN OF PICK-UP TUBE

摘要

PURPOSE:To reduce the number of an assembly process of an electron gun by forming grooves on plural spots of a plate-shaped ceramic rod while metalizing said grooves for soldering metal pieces with silver solder and fixing the metal piece end parts to the cylindrical electrodes. CONSTITUTION:Plural spots of grooves 14a are formed on a plate-shaped ceramic 14 while metalizing each groove 14a in advance and soldering the metal pieces 15 with silver solder 16 for being fixed. And two pieces of said ceramic rods 14 are arranged on the outer peripheries of the plural cylindrical electrodes 11-13 forming the main lenses of an electron gun of a pick-up tube at the distance of 180 deg. in the direction of the circumference while coaxially fixing by welding the end parts of the metal pieces 15 to the cylindrical electrodes 11-13. Accordingly, the number of welding points in the assembly process can be sharply reduced for preventing deformation of the cylindrical electrodes 11-13 and eliminating the worse of environment and contamination of the electrodes because of nonuse of glass flame welding of the glass rod.
