PURPOSE:To prevent deterioration of the characteristic and damage to the air tight bonding part by providing at least one spacer ring suppressing the deformation of a thin metallic ring in outward direction into a cylindrical concaved part and forming at least the surface of a thick annular supporting frame with a type of material hardly soldered with the thin metallic ring. CONSTITUTION:The thick annular supporting frame 18 is made of a metal having a comparatively strong mechanical strength and immune to coolant corrosion such as copper or cuproniekel or stainless steel and a concaved part 19 for a cooling path is formed at the inside. A connecting pipe 15 connected to the concaved part 19 is fitted to a part of the supporting frame 11. The concaved part 19 is provided with the two spacer rings 25, 26. The spacer rings 25, 26 are made preferably of a stainless steel immune to the coolant and a chromium oxide layer 27 formed by oxidizing the stainless member itself is formed on the surface. The surface wall of the spacer rings is made of a material hardly welded by gold solder or silver solder. |
