The invention relates to a machine for bending elongate material having a bending tool comprising a bending forming member, counter-clamping jaws, a wrinkle-smoother and similar tool parts, the said tool parts being held releasably on the machine frame. In order to be able to perform rapid tool changing or to be able to manufacture different bent parts rapidly one after the other, the invention provides a tool changer with a fixed upright, if required fixed on the machine frame, and a side arm mounted in vertically adjustable and swivellable fashion thereon and having means for the attachment of at least two bending forming members and/or counter-clamping jaws and/or wrinkle-smoothers and/or similar tool parts.
