PURPOSE:To contrive to enhance the toughness and strength of the titled steel, by containing a predetermined amount of C, Si, Mn, Cr, Mo, V, Nb, N, Ni, Co, W, Ti and B. CONSTITUTION:The titled turbine rotor consists of, on a wt. basis, 0.1-0.25% C, 0.01-0.1% Si, 0.05-1.5% Mn, 10-11.5% Cr, 0.8-2.2% Mo, 0.1-0.3% V, 0.02- 0.15% Nb, 0.01-0.05% N, 0.01-1.5% Ni and the remainder of Fe and, if necessary, contains one or more of Co<=5%, Ta<=0.05%, Ti<=0.05%, B<=0.01%, Zr<= 0.1% and Ce+La<=0.1%. This turbine rotor is excellent in mechanical properties under high temp. and has excellent strength and toughness. |
