PURPOSE:To generate a stable electric power despite the change in the steam flow rate and further device to make the purchasing electric power constant by taking hold of the generated process steam fluctuation force in contradistinction to the pressure fluctuation and precedingly increasing the boiler steam quantity to make it follow up the steam load fluctuation. CONSTITUTION:When the process steam is increased the team is sent to each process line through an extraction turbine bypass valve 31 or a back pressure turbine bypass valve 32, and when the process steam is decreased the steam is exhausted outside through an extraction blow-off valve 39 or a back pressure blow-off valve 40 so as to make the generating power and purchasing power constant. For transferring the turbine bypass control to the pressure control the fluctuating process steam is detected and a transfer mechanism 82 is transferred to the pressure control by interlocking to the detection. The pressure fluctuation is detected by an extraction pressure oscillator 90 or a back pressure oscillator 13 and the bypass valves 31, 32 are opened until the pressure becomes constant by the cascade control with the flow rate control, and the steam is directly sent to the process steam lines without passing through the turbine and the process steam flow is ensured. |
