ENCLOSED ROTARY COMPRESSOR

摘要

PURPOSE:To improve the abrasion resistance by providing a barrier board between the motor section and the upper endboard of compressor section through space thereby reducing delivery of oil from compressor caused through foaming when starting and ensuring more than predetermined amount of oil continuously. CONSTITUTION:A barrier board 13 is provided between the motor section A and the flange section 7a of upper endboard 7 in the compressor section B through a space and secured through welding to the inner wall of an enclosed container 1 while surrounding the lower winding 2b of stator 2 in the motor section A and the weight 3a of rotor 3. When occurring foaming in the inner space C upon restart after long term operation, the mixed foam of refrigerant and oil is blocked from being pushed to the upper portion of compressor through the barrier board 13, thereby delivery of oil to the outside of compressor is reduced. Consequently, the oil in compressor can be maintained at sufficient level resulting in improvement of abrasion resistance.
