PURPOSE:To maintain the response characteristics of pressure for total pressure and static pressure stably all the time, by providing a static pressure detecting hole, which is communicated to a static pressure detecting pipe at an angle position of + or -105 deg.-+ or -110 deg. with respect to a total pressure detecting hole, which is communicated to a total pressure detecting pipe. CONSTITUTION:A total pressure detecting pipe 10 and a static pressure detecting pipe 12 are symmetrically constituted as a half body structure of a cylinder pipe. An angle theta at the position of a static pressure detecting hole 26 with respect to a total pressure detecting hole 24 is set in the range of + or -105 deg.-+ or -110 deg., which corresponds to approximately constant fluctuation value of the static pressure even though a flow in a boundary layer is changed. A diameter (d) of the static pressure detecting hole 26 and a diameter D of the total pressure detecting hole 24 are set so that a hole diameter ratio d/D is in the range of 0.14-0.28. With the stabilization of the fluctuation value of the static pressure, highly accurate measurement of the flow rate is realized. |
