PURPOSE:To reduce the error in measurement and improve the life of a reaction chamber, by means of a heating element and a temperature sensor on the outer periphery of a tube holding a solid phase-forming substance reactive specifically with a specific substance, and controlling the temperature of the solid phase-forming substance present therein. CONSTITUTION:A reaction chamber for affinity chromatography using a bioreactor, antibody (antigen) or lectin, etc. capable of forming a biocatalyst such as an enzyme or microorganism into the solid phase and separating and analyzing a substance to be an object for measurement in a sample as a solid phase-forming substance having the solid phase-forming substance (carrier) 1 (reactive specifically with a specific substance) packed in the interior of a tube 2, a heating element 3 covering the whole tube 2 on the outer periphery thereof, a heat insulating member 4 covering the outer periphery of the heating element 3 and a temperature sensor 5 provided between the heating element 3 and the heat insulating member 4.
