PURPOSE:The titled magnet having excellent magnetic characteritics and reclaimability, comprising a specified organic binder, a silane coupling agent, and a permanent magnetic material without a vulcanizing agent. CONSTITUTION:An organic binder made by keanding a synthetic rubber and additives such as a dispersing agent in a mixing roll mill, etc., powder of a permanent magnetic material exhibiting magnetic anisotropy (e.g. ferrite), and a silane coupling agent (e.g. gamma-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane) in an amount of 1wt% or less based on the magnetic material are keanded, and then ground into pellets about 10mm. or less in diameter. The pellets are rolled with rolls into a sheet about 4mm. or less thick, which is laminated to a desired thickness and pressed with rolls; heat-treated for about 15-120min in an atmosphere of the vapor of 60-200 deg.C and 0.5-15kg/cm<2> to remove the strain; and cut to a desired size to give the titled magnet. |
