The invention concerns a building method according to which piles 7 or columns 1 are joined by concrete to the building's foundation elements, for example to a floor 2. Preparation of the shuttering form, reinforcement and casting carried out in situ are replaced by prefabricated tubular junction elements 3, 8, 9 by means of which the column boxes 1 and the piles 7 are joined to the foundation elements, for example the floor plate 2, in conjunction with the casting of the foundation elements.
