PURPOSE:To heat freely the inside surface of the small-diameter round hole of a material to be heated by irradiation of a laser beam by disposing a laser beam generator and a reflecting mirror via the round hole of said material and irradiating the laser beam passed through the round hole to the inside surface of the round hole by the reflecting mirror. CONSTITUTION:A generator 2 for a laser beam 3 is disposed on one side of a material 1 to be heated having a round hole 1a and a reflecting mirror 4 supported by an adjusting mechanism 5 is disposed on the opposite side thereof. While the material 1 is rotated by a rotating device 6, the beam 3 from the generator 2 is irradiated through the inside of the hole 1a to the mirror 4. The reflected beam of the beam 3 can be freely moved to points A, B, etc. by adjusting the direction of the mirror 4 by the mechanism 5 so that the beam is irradiated to a desired place of the inside surface 1a of the material 1 thus heating said place. Even the inside surface having an extremely small diameter is easily heated while the heating position thereof is controlled. |
