PURPOSE:To negate the influence of heat in the stage of image exposing and to form a stable image by maintaining a photosensitive material consisting of a photopolymerizable compsn. at a fixed temp. of >=30 deg.C then developing the material to form the image. CONSTITUTION:A photopolymerizable compsn. consisting of a binder, addition- polymerizable unsatd. monomer and photopolymn. initiator is coated on a base consisting of paper, plastic, metallic sheet or the like to provide a photosensitive layer, thereby manufacturing a photosensitive material. Such photosensitive material is maintained at a fixed temp. of >=30 deg.C and is subjected to image exposing, then the material is developed to form an image. The binder for the photopolymerizable compsn. is exemplified by methyl(meth)acrylate/(meth)acrylic acid copolymer, etc. and the unsatd. monomer is exemplified by ethylene glycol di(meth)acrylate, etc. The photopolymn. initiator is exemplified by a gamma-carbonyl compd., acyloin ether, etc. |
