PURPOSE:To enhance safety, maintainability and working ability in a power feed device in a pallette transfer machine used in an aging line, by laying a power collector on the lower surface of the pallette in the transferring direction of the pallette, and as well by arranging a plurality of power feeders on a transfer path at intervals of a distance shorter than the length of the collectors. CONSTITUTION:Just after the contact between the conductor 18 of each pallette collector 18 and a contactor 17 of the associated power feeder 13 being made, a proximity switch is actuated by a magnetic member 19 to energize the power feeder 13, and the energization of the power feeder 13 is ceased just before the contactor 17 and the conductor 18 being separated from each other so that electrical spark is prevented from occurring. In this case a moving collector 14 is arranged such that it may be made always in contact with more than one power feeders 13. With this arrangement, safety, maintainability and working ability may be enhanced. |
