PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for connecting inside and outside of a room so as to facilitate the wiring work on site by performing the operation control of a room fan within an outside unit. CONSTITUTION:In a case where a hot water supply switch 20 and contact points of a hot water supply thermostat 21 are closed, the contact point 14 for air conditioning thermostat is actuated, and as long as a coil of an auxiliary relay 16 is not electrified, the coil of an electromagnetic contactor 17 for hot water circulation pump is electrified through contact points 16c and 18c of the auxiliary relay to operate the hot water circulation pump. When the hot water circulation pump is operated during a heating mode operation, a coil of an auxiliary relay 6 is electrified through a contact point 18a2 of an auxiliary relay 18 and a contact point 17a2 of an electromagnetic contactor 17 to cause the operation mode of a room fan to be switched by a contact point 6c to a light wind mode. At this moment, the outside fan is not stopped. By the light wind mode operation of the room fan and the operation of the hot water circulation pump, a hot water supply mode operation is assumed. In this manner, there is no need for connection between the inside and outside of the room by the controlling circuit, facilitating the wiring work on site.
