PURPOSE:To facilitate the mounting and demounting work for a floor plate for high floor by installing the floor plate for high floor in demountable ways onto the chassis inside side-wall and permitting the use in wide usage as a low-floor car and also as a flat-floor car. CONSTITUTION:A floor plate 6 for high floor is divided into two parts of a front-side floor plate 6a and a rear-side floor plate 6b, and floor joists 24 and 24 consisting of a plurality of channel-shaped members are fixed onto the lower surfaces of the front and rear floor plates 6a and 6b.
