PURPOSE:To miniaturize the installation space of a molding device and consequently improve the work efficiency by a method wherein the respective positions for injection, pressure test, deflashing and taking out are provided on a rotary supporting plate so as to be able to simultaneously operate said positions in a series of works. CONSTITUTION:At an injection position A, resin is injected between an engraved space 21 and a core 14 in order to mold a hollow molded piece M. At a pressure test position B following the position A, pressurized air is blown through an air hole in the core 14 so as to push down and open a check valve in order to check the pressure resistance of the molded piece M with said pressurized air. Next, the molded piece M is shifted to a cutting-off work position C in order to cut off flashes 43 and 43' by the cutters of cutting-off devices 40 and 40' respectively. Finally, the piece M is shifted to a taking-out position so as to lead compressed air to the air hole 23 in order to separate the molded piece M from the core 14 and to fall the piece M downwards. |
