PURPOSE:To carry out incision or coagulation, or incision and coagulation at the same time by one device by arranging plural rotary members comprising apertures of different diameters facing an optical path of laser beam. CONSTITUTION:In a laser resonator, plural rotary members 5 having apertures of different diameters which are present oppositely to an optical path of laser beam are arranged. Thus it becomes possible to change over single mode into multimode, or to the contrary, multimode into single mode at any time by plural apertures of different diameters. Further, a neutral mode of them can be realized at any time. Consequently, incision and coagulation can be perfored at the same time even by one device. |
