<p>PURPOSE:To suppress ascending of high-temperature warm air and help to reach the high-temperature warm air to a distant place along the floor surface of a room in order to reduce a temperature difference between the upper and lower parts of the room by a method wherein first and second blow-off ports are provided with first and second louvers, regulating the blow-off direction of warm air respectively, and the first louver is permitted to change the angle thereof. CONSTITUTION:A part of indoor air, sucked from a suction port 2 provided at the back surface of a casing 1, is changed to a high-temperature air by a combustion unit 13 and is blown off downward obliquely from the second blow-off port 8. The balance of the indoor air passes through an air path 11, heated through a partitioning plate 10, is changed to slightly heated air and is blown off downward obliquely from the first blow-off port 9. The angle of the first louver 15 is set so that the blow-off angle of high-temperature warm-air of the second blow-off port 8 is smaller than the blow-off angle of low-temperature warm air blown off from the first blow-off port 9 by 5-25 deg.. Accordingly, the low-temperature warm air, blown off from the first blow-off port 9, suppresses the ascending of the high-temperature warm-air blown off from the second blow-off port 8 and, whereby, the high-temperature warm-air may be reached to a distant place along the floor surface of the room.</p> |
