An overload current, detected by a current transformer (CT1,2), is rectified and filtered through diodes (D1,2), and charged into a condenser (C1). The charged voltage is applied to IC1, which output is LOW when the input voltage is greater than half of the power source and otherwise is HIGH. When the overcurrent is detected, the IC4, TR1, and SCR1 are turned on to bypass the overcurrent through the relay(K).
