The speed of a motor is detected by hall elementes or coils. The detected signal is converted to a digital signed to compare it with a reference pulse signal. The difference in the signals is converted to an analog signal and provided to a motor to obtain a constant speed. The controller compares the phase of the detected signal with a reference pulse and operates as well for phase control.
