PURPOSE:To allow a cabinet to have a proper rotating function relative to a flat stand plate by providing a loop groove at a cabinet bottom, and mating a loop projection of the flat stand plate into a this groove. CONSTITUTION:A transparent hole 8 on a falt stand plate 2 is mated into a boss 5, and is tightened with a washer 6 and screw 7 to attach a stand plate 2 at the bottom 1a of a cabinet 1. In a state of the loop projection 4 provided on the stand plate 2 is mated into a loop groove 3 provided to the cabinet bottom, the plate is attached rotatably freely relative to the cabinet 1. When the receiver is set in a state of an arrow head 11 on a TV receiver and a slit 12 are matched, the direction of a picture is freely changed by moving the cabinet.
