PURPOSE:To access desired data at random by receiving m-number of kinds of program or data and outputting data of the first words of them successively and outputting data of following words of them successively. CONSTITUTION:A one-clock count signal is given from a PCM device body 4 to a counter part 6 for every word and is given to a comparing part 7 as count data. Meanwhile, an external device 1 gives external data and an input/output signal to a gate part 8 and gives gate data to the comparing part 7. This gate data indicates a program and data which are placed in programs shown in the figure. Both data are compared with each other; and if they coincide with each other, a gate signal is given to the PCM device body 4 and the gate part 8. Consequently, when the gata signal is inputted to the gate part 8, the gate part 8 opens the gate to flow data from the external device 1 to the PCM device body 4, and external data from the external device 1 is given as PCM data to the PCM device body 4 and is recorded on a magnetic tape by a head 5. |
