摘要 PURPOSE:To compute the angle between two planes to be measured accurately and quickly by a simple operation, by providing a plurality of gyroscopes, integrating the angular speeds detected by a sensor part having two facing parallel planes, and converting the result into an angle. CONSTITUTION:An angle measuring apparatus is formed from the following parts: a sensor part I , which accommodates a plurality of gyroscopes, whose input axes are intersected at right angles, and comprises a cabint 10 provided with two parallel facing planes q1 and q2; and a processing part II provided with a computer, which processes and computes the angular speed signals from the sensor part I and obtains the angle between planes P1 and P2 to be measured. The sensor part I is quietly moved from the state the plane q1 is contacted with the plane P1 to be measured, and the plane q2 is contacted to the plane P2 to be measured. During this time, the X, Y and Z components of the angular speed of rotation of the sensor I are detected by the respective gyroscopes. The computer of the processing part II receives the angular increments around the X, Y and Z axes at the preprogrammed sequence and time interval, computes the angle between the two planes P1 and P2 to be measured and outputs the result. The output is displayed by a suitable display device and recorded.
